Our scissor lift Z-axes (vertical axis), combined with a horizontal cantilever on the portal robot, are particularly suitable for applications with a long Z-axis lift and X-Y positioning requirement.

For low room heights, the scissor lift allows the vertical axis to be moved together in a very small and space-saving manner.

Similar to electric monorail overhead conveyors, relatively light linear axis constructions can be suspended from the ceiling, for example. However, this has the advantage of a more precise positioning by means of X, Y and Z axes compared to the electric monorail overhead conveyors. The combination with rotary axes is also possible.

One application, for example, is the feeding of raw tires to curing presses on press lines with X offset. The barcode of the raw tires can also be rotated to the correct position by means of a rotary axis on the vertical axis.

This telescopic linear axis is used, for example, for unloading parts in confined spaces in turning or milling machines. The telescopic axis, combined with a rotatable vertical axis, has the great advantage that the axis (with horizontally positioned vertical axis) can enter the machine room laterally through a narrow hatch and then exit again. This means that the gripper and linear axis are never directly exposed to cooling water and chips, as they can be moved completely out of the machine room. CNC machines which do not offer access from above can also be retrofitted in this way. The axis is offered in various designs.
